Take Interstate 390 south to the Route 251 exit (#11). Head east on Route 251 to Route 15A then turn right (south) onto Route 15A (Rush-Lima Road). Continue on Route 15A for 3 miles until you reach the Honeoye Falls Five Points Road/Monroe Street intersection. Turn left (east) onto Monroe Street and proceed to the park on your left (north) side.
