Executive Board Meeting

Present:  Gary Levine, Jacky VanDellon, Mark VanDellon, Neil Fisher, Andrea Patton

 

Meeting called to order:  8:35 A.M.

 

1        Introductions

2        Future Board Meeting/Action Dates

·        January meeting of D.C.s – January 26 from 2-4 P.M. at D’Andreas.

·        1st week of February – mail registration materials – instructions and passes with letter listing D.C.s and date for March meeting.

·        February mailing will include deadlines for team registration – February 7-27.

·        March 2 from 2-4 P.M. at D’Andreas  --   meeting of the D.C.s to discuss divisions and prepare for the March 11, 12  &13 meetings  -- preliminary schedules handed out.

·        March meeting with D.C.s and coaches – March 11,12 &13 – 2 rooms at D’Andreas.

·        March 14- April 6 (at 6 P.M.) – dates to change Games.

·        April 22 at 7 P.M.at D’Andreas  –  meeting with D.C.s.

·        April 24  from 7-9 P.M. --  General Meeting.

·        One (1) week from April 24 for corrections to the schedule.

·        Next meeting for D.C.s in August.

·        Teams cannot register without paying fines.

·        Roger Best will not allow teams to register for indoor play without fines paid.
